The biography is briefly
Vitka made a great contribution to the development of domestic theory and sociology of organization and management. Among his works, the works “Management of Management”, “The structure of office work and saving time”, “Scientific organization of administrative technology”, “Organizational issues of modern notes”, “Organization of management and industrial development of essays on the sociology of the scientific organization of labor and management”, etc.
Its most important scientific achievement was the concept of using the nature of the human factor in the organization, put forward by him at the end of the 10th - early XG. Mayo and F. Rotlisberger, who formed the basis of the doctrines of “human relations”. Vitka proceeded from the fact that the two main branches should be distinguished in the notes system: the scientific organization of the production process carried out by an individual in cooperation with the material factors in the production of notes itself, and the rationalization of human interactions with the person’s person - a scientific organization of management or scientific management.
The subject of the first was the rational connection of a person with tools of labor, the second was a rational combination and interaction of a person with a person in the labor process. The latter, from the point of view of N. Vitk, made up the content of social engineering as a science focused on a focused change in organizational structures that determine human behavior and ensure control of it.
Vitka believed that with the development of production, its concentration, the role and importance of management named after it increases. Industrialism leads to an organizational crisis, the essence of which is that a modern collective labor organization can no longer be controlled by traditional methods adopted from small economy. The way out of this crisis was seen by the scientist in the “organizational revolution”, changing not only the relationship of the subject to the subject, or man to the subject, but also the relationship of people to each other in the production process.
Trying to overcome the limitations of the organizational, technical and functional concepts of management at that time, and developing the idea of an integral approach to managerial activity, N. Vitka argued the need for social research research. The analysis of management as a system of social relations, he accompanied the management of management as a real activity in which these relations are realized.
Using the concept of five universal management functions of A. Fayol, he after him deliberate the spheres of managerial activity, highlighting the administrative function. Vitka believed that with the development and complication of production, the value of the latter increases, which leads to the allocation of a special group of persons - administrators.
He associated the function of administrative activity primarily with the task of integration and coordination of activity. Another aspect of administrative activity by N. Vetka considered the construction of human relations-the creation of a favorable socio-psychological atmosphere of that is an undoubted merit of the Vitek should be considered the formulation of the socio-psychological laws of the controlled object, which, which, can be constructed so that it acts with the maximum expediency, as a genuine social apparatus.
