His mother, Anastasia Maksimovna Sukhanova, and dad, Oleg Andreyevich Sukhanov, worked a lot to provide his son a worthy future, so Vadim spent most of his time with his grandparents. After returning home, a summons came to him, and soon he went to serve in the army for a year.

Returning at the age of 25, Vadim got a job at the market, but quickly realized that this was not the place where he wants to build his career. He was not satisfied with the working conditions: he was forced to work overtime without payment. Vadim decided to change his life and quit his job. He moved to his father, who lived in another city. While he was not there, his parents bought him an apartment, and Vadim was very happy about this.

He understood that now he has his own house where he could start a new life. Immediately after the move, Vadim applied to the State Safety Inspectorate of Road Safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the city of Volzhsk. He knew that this work requires responsibility and professionalism, but he was ready for these challenges. Having passed all the necessary checks and interviews, Vadim was hired.

He began his career in the traffic police with the post of inspector, but soon showed himself as a talented and promising employee. Thanks to his experience in working in the army and legal knowledge, he was able to quickly get comfortable in a new place and begin to effectively fulfill his duties.
