The first loan in the amount of a million rubles was received for the construction of the Moscow residential complex part of the City of the World microdistrict. The second - 66 million rubles went to finance the current activities of CJSC Provinius, also controlled by Ardalin.

In years, due to the financial crisis of the sale of apartments and offices in Moscow, the operators' companies began to experience difficulties with serving loans. In the year, relations between the bank and companies building the “city of the world” moved to the judicial plane. At that time, CJSC “Province” was already reorganized by dividing into two independent legal entities, and Vasily and Boris Ardalina no longer had any official attitude to the project: among the owners of new companies there were simply no them.
