Balut biography

Photos were born on July 9 in the Dzerzhinsky district of Kharkov, in a family of employees. Baluta received two higher education. Back in the year, he graduated from the Kharkov Medical Institute now - Kharkov National Medical University with a degree in Pediatrics. And in m, having already left medicine in bureaucratic work, also the Kharkov Regional Institute for the State Administration of the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine.

After graduating from the medical institute, he worked for five years in the Kharkov Regional Children's Infectious Clinical Hospital-first by the intern, then an infectious disease specialist. In m, he got a junior employee of the Laboratory of the Kharkov Research Institute of Microbiology and Immunology named after Mechnikov, and three years later he left medicine to business.

In April, he again unexpectedly changed his occupation - immediately became the head of the Main Directorate of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Kharkov Regional State Administration, where he worked before a year. Igor Baluta is interested in hobbies, even took part in the creation of the book “Ukraine - Cossack State”. In addition, in his youth, he was engaged in music and drawing.

We can assume that the political career of Igor Baluta began with the Kyiv Maidan in the year. Baluta met the presidential election as a military doctor in the “military” unit of the revolution, which was created by officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. As part of the military detachment from the Kharkov region, he was sent to the Kiev Maidan, where he ensured security and protection to the participants of the Maidan along with Yuri Lutsenko, Roman Immortal and other field commanders.

In the year, the surname of Baluta sounded all Kharkov in connection with the hunger strike, which was arranged by opponents of the then governor Arsen Avakov, “white -blue” deputies of the regional and some other local Soviets of Kharkiv region, demanding the resignation of Arsen Borisovich. Dissatisfied chosen ones defiantly settled near the reception of the head of the region.

True, not for political reasons, but purely health for the sake of: the weight of both men - very prominent and solid - clearly exceeded the norms permitted by medicine. The officials promised to finish the hunger strike as soon as they came to a more sports form. Already not comic, but quite serious scandals accompanied Igor Balut during the last presidential election of the year.

In mid -January, the “regionals” - members of the Electoral Commission of the village of Borovaya, complained about the adviser to the governor Leonid Mazurenko. The Party of Regions said that the officials had intervened in the electoral process - they allegedly forbade the head of the district department of the State Register of Voters to bring those who could not find their names in the plots to the lists.

It was argued that before lunch all voters who came to the site and did not find themselves on the lists, still restored their data, but after the arrival of Baluta and Mazurenko, many could not vote. In business, Igor Baluta did not particularly shine, preferring to first build a medical and scientific, and then a bureaucratic career.

Nevertheless, about a year from April to May, he worked as the director of the Kharkov emergency "Fast". Then, until April, Igor Mironovich was the director of the Department of Sales and Marketing CJSC Kharkovdev, which is engaged in the production and repair of furniture, the trade in electric submission and other household goods. In this case, he actually joined the family business - the chairman of the board of CJSC Kharkovdev is his father Miron Ivanovich Balut.
