And it is no coincidence that many leading athletes, the mimic athletes began their sports life at our rural Olympiads, and now they are known in the country and abroad.

In one of his welcoming words to the participants and guests of the regional sports day, Valentin Aleksandrovich noted that the torch of the sports festival of the villagers, lit in Northern Tevrise, moves already in the second, and in some places in the third circle, taking rural sport to a new high-quality stage corresponding to the trends of time. As you can see, these words are very relevant today.

Valentin Tretyakov led the organizing committees with small breaks of up to a year inclusive. But even in subsequent years, he always visited the grand openings of the holidays as an honorary guest. In the year, Valentin Aleksandrovich was awarded the title “Honorary Citizen of the Omsk Region” for his merits to the Omsk Region.
