Isaev Shamil Biography
Hunger won at home and fed everyone our story - about a young man from the village of Huns in Dagestan. About how a person reveals when trouble comes to his countrymen, about love for his native land, strength of spirit and selflessness. Now he is thirty -one years old, for two and a half years he works as deputy head of the Klushnukhsky district of the Republic of Dagestan, oversees such directions, which is hobbing, culture, culture, tourism, media, youth policy.
He fell into this position in February, at the height of the Pandemia of Coronavirus. It was then that he proved himself, saving people from hunger.
Shamil began the conversation, quoting the poem by the famous Dagestan poet Rasul Gamzatov ... “When I, who traveled many countries, tired, turned home from the road, leaning me, I needed Dagestan:“ Was it like a distant edge? Family traditions Shamil Isaev was born in the year in Makhachkala. From an early age, Shamil was inspired that he would have to defend his homeland, loved ones, to work well.
Mom did not work, engaged in the economy and raising of children. Shamil has three sisters and a younger brother. All sisters are married, one of them is now working in the Ministry of Labor and Social Development, in the organization “Mother and Child”, the other in the Accounts Chamber of Dagestan, the third sister is a housewife, and the younger brother is a student of Moscow State University.
During his studies, Shamil changed five schools, the family often moved. His father worked in different positions, began with an engineer in construction companies, then he was a veterinarian, later went to administrative work, and since the year he holds the position of manager of the Pension Fund of the Republic of Dagestan. From childhood, Shamil preferred to be friends with older children.
He has many friends, but what to say there - everyone in the Khunzakh district knows him as a good and responsive person. After school, the young man entered the financial and economic college of Makhachkala. But he didn’t stop there: Shamil Isaev has two higher education. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics of Dagestan State University, after which he received a diploma of a lawyer.
And he is going to study again, but where is the secret. Our hero has three children. He married at the age of 20, the bride was with his future wife at the wedding of a close friend, made an offer and sent his parents to get married. There were many difficulties, but, as Shamil says, in every minus he found his plus. A pandemic man in Dagestan should be endowed with such qualities as courage, courage, determination, restraint and nobility in everyday life.
He is responsible for the material well -being of the family and children of a kind. He is a successor of a kind. Apparently, due to the fact that Shamil Isaev received such education, he was able to take up his district during the pandemic. The epidemiological situation in the republic was intense. Since the beginning of the pandemic in Dagestan in the twentieth year, an explosive increase in the number of coronavirus infected and cases of community -acquired pneumonia has occurred.
In hospitals, due to a huge number of infected, there were not enough beds and doctors. The authorities decided to close most of the republic. Entrance and exit was prohibited for at least a month. I needed to find out in what position our people were and to resolve the situation if necessary, ”recalls Shamil. Shamil Isaev organized and supervised the headquarters of volunteering in the Khunzakh district.
All roads were closed, only grocery stores and pharmacies worked, but how to get there? Transportation and crossings were banned, many Dagestanis also did not have money. Half of the inhabitants worked outside the district: these are masons, builders and other workers, taxi drivers. And at home families with the children were waiting for them. Departure and entry were closed, there was no earnings, hungry times came.
How to feed children and the elderly? This question arose in almost every family. Shamil had a huge task - to provide people with food. First of all, he made calculations. It was necessary to collect information about all those in need. It was necessary to take into account the mentality. Proud people live in the mountains, it is not customary to ask for help.
I had to find out who has a bad position, ”says Shamil Isaev. Each settlement includes several villages. The most needy turned out to be a person. And all of them had to be immediately provided with foods and medicines. One set for the family included 5 kilograms of flour, pasta, sugar, rice, buckwheat, sunflower oil. The situation lasted about 3 months, people did not have earnings all this time.
And prices jumped up once. Shamil turned to the philanthropists, immigrants of the Khunzakh district for help. As a result, during this period, people were distributed about tons of food. People who are engaged in flour made me a big discount. At first, they sent flour near the bags of flour as charitable help, then we bought the bags with the district. We worked constantly because we understood: if we do not help people now, there will be no one to help them, ”says Shamil.During the pandemic, many employees fell ill, there were not enough people.
Shamil Isaev himself got behind the wheel and traveled around the mountain serpentine, and then returned to the administration to check if everything was in order. He took over the collection of money, he personally brought the “kamaz” flour. Applications came to our headquarters, we faced the following problem: all the children switched to online training, and 10 percent of them at that time had neither phones nor computers to get in touch with the teacher.
And our Shamil Magomedovich, together with Khuchbar Zagitovich, our deputy, bought phones to these children, ”recalls these difficult times Shamai Omarova, head of the department for youth, tourism and sports of the Hunzakh district administration. The goal - Shamil does not like to be useful to talk about himself and his actions, is a little embarrassed. But his affairs say for him. This is a man with a big heart that does not advertise anything, does not like PR, a fighter of the invisible front - so fellow countrymen speak of him.
He continues to help many residents of the district. Not only financially, but also in search of work, in the device for study. Every year he collects money for New Year's gifts to children and poor families, takes part in the “Collect the Child to School” campaign. Many do not know, but Shamil and his family completely reconstructed the mosque in their village. They make a great contribution to road work, help poor families.
He would not have held this position if society rejected it. But he does not need a position, he wants to benefit people. We somehow frankly among ourselves, and he said: "The meaning of life is so that you have the benefit of society." Since the years, Shamil’s father, Magomed Isaevich, was the head of the municipal Blocznakh district, later he was transferred to the post of Deputy Minister of the Republic of Dagestan, where he showed himself from a very good side.
Later he became deputy chairman of the government of the republic, and then worked as the Minister of Tourism and the folk art of the Dagestan. Magomed Isaevich wanted to see his son like that - bold, decisive in actions, hardworking, possessing a sense of national pride, honest and modest. So there should be a leader. Shamai Magomedovna, a colleague of Shamil, still cannot forget one of the first meetings: “In some village we opened a school or a kindergarten, after that there was a feast, at that time the head of the district was Yusupov Said Kamilievich, and he gave the floor Shamil.
I still thought, well, what can such a young guy say, are there any wishes. And he got up and began to talk about what we will begin to do everything together for the sake of people, for the sake of the region, for the sake of the republic. This young man was already talking at that time as an adult, already held politician. ” The etiquette of the Dagestanis prescribes to sympathize with someone else's trouble, to show mercy.
There is a popular saying: "Do you want you to be respected - respect others and do not humiliate the dignity and pride of another person." Shamil Isaev adheres to this rule. He is proud that he was born in the Khunzakh district, loves his fellow countrymen and wants the best for them: to build roads, increase the standard of living, and help in everything. Shamil would like to become the head of the Khunzakh district in the future and bring the area to one of the best in the republic.
In the harsh times of the Pandemia of Coronavirus, Shamil Isaev took on a huge responsibility for the lives and well -being of the inhabitants of the Khunzakh district, created the headquarters, supervised it, delving into everything, controlling, personally rushing to the breakthrough, involving all his connections and opportunities. Everyone survived, no one remained hungry.
Residents of the district are still grateful to him, for them he is a hero.
